Les pizzas étaient excellentes, l'établissement propre et bien décoré, l'atmosphère très chaleureuse et le personnel aimable, souriant et de bonne humeur. Je n'ai qu'un conseil : essayer de rendre la base sauce tomate un peu plus consistante (sèche) afin d'éviter que la croute ne s'amollisse trop/ ne se noie après la cuisson. Si vous cherchez une pizzeria sur Gif, je recommande.

Mettre de la crème dans un pesto alla Genovese est un sacrilège. Ayant mangé le vrai pesto à Gênes, je peux vous dire que celui-ci est très loin de l'original. C'est beaucoup trop lourd et gras alors que je cherchais de la fraîcheur. Je déconseille fortement ce plat aux Italiens ou à ceux qui aiment la vraie cuisine italienne.

Un endroit calme, agréable. Joliment agencée. J'ai pris un risotto à la truffe. Accompagné de son jambon de pays Portion Particulièrement genereuse charcuterie fine et délicieuse. Le plat n'etais pas trop salées le goût et la cuisson était parfaite. J'ai adoré mon repas. Je recommande ce petit restaurant sans prétention et de belle qualité.
